Standing Water Alert

Please disregard the mass emergency text that was sent out about reporting standing water, we did not authorize this message. We are very well aware of the standing water in the ditches, roads and retention ponds around the island as well as in resident's yards. We have been covering the district inspecting standing water and treating for mosquito larvae the past several weeks and will continue to monitor the standing water situation. Our phone lines have been inundated with calls about water we have already attended to. If you have standing water in your backyard that is not visible from the street then it is best to email us at info@aimcd.org and we will respond as quickly as we can.
